Hi, I’m Becca, a product manager here at Bible Chat. Our team is dedicated to making Bible Chat the best Christian app for prayers, faith-based conversations, and spiritual growth. We strive to create tools that deepen your connection with God and your global faith community. This month, we’ve rolled out some exciting new features that we’re thrilled to share with you. Let’s dive in!

1. Daily Prayers Are Now on the Prayer Wall

We’ve moved the Daily Prayer feature to the Prayer Wall, creating a more meaningful and interactive space for prayer. This allows you to pray alongside others, share your thoughts, and comment on requests, all in one place. The Prayer Wall is now the central hub for shared prayer, making it easier to join in a global prayer movement.

2. Red Dot Indicator for Prayer Requests

We understand how important it is to ensure that no prayer request goes unnoticed. That’s why we’ve introduced a red dot indicator on the Prayer Wall. This feature highlights unread prayer requests, helping you stay on top of the community’s needs. With this addition, we hope to encourage even more engagement and ensure that every prayer gets the attention it deserves.

3. Enhanced Prayer Wall Sharing

When you share a prayer request from the Prayer Wall, it will now include a beautiful background image and a portion of the prayer. This makes it easier for the person you’re sharing with to engage and connect before they even click on the link. Sharing prayers with your friends, family, or church community has never been this seamless and impactful.

4. Improved Chat View Navigation

We’ve updated the chat view to make it more intuitive and flexible. You can now easily navigate from chat into other areas of the app without losing your place. Whether you’re switching to the Prayer Wall, reading a daily verse, or exploring Bible questions, the transition is smoother than ever.

5. Email Your Conversation History

For our sponsors, we’ve added a new feature that allows you to email your entire conversation history to yourself or someone else. This is perfect for sharing meaningful discussions or keeping a personal record of your spiritual journey. We believe this feature will be especially helpful for mentors, small group leaders, or anyone looking to reflect on faith-based conversations.

6. Improved Notification Controls

We’ve completely reworked how notifications are delivered and added better customization options. Now you can choose exactly which types of notifications you want to receive, ensuring you only see the updates that matter most to you. This improvement makes it easier to stay connected to the features you care about.

7. Talk to Bible Chat with Your Voice (Sponsors Only)

We’re introducing a new way to interact with Bible Chat—using your voice! Now, instead of typing, you can simply speak to Bible Chat as if you were having a conversation with a friend. Whether you’re asking a Bible question, seeking prayer, or looking for inspiration, you can do it naturally and hands-free.

Voice interaction makes engaging with Bible Chat even more seamless. It’s perfect for moments when typing isn’t convenient, allowing you to connect with Scripture, prayer, and faith discussions in a whole new way. This feature is exclusive to our sponsors due to the higher costs of voice processing, but we believe it will be an incredible tool for those looking for a more immersive experience.
